CAT LSB Purchase Issue

Hi -

I bought the Commander Ahsoka LSB for myself however I didn't receive the character and the purchase still seems to be pending completion on EA side on PayPal.

Tried to "restore purchases" but it did not resolved the issue.

Reached out to customer support via "EA Help" but no one is responding
