Quest Lockout Timing

Can you please change the daily quest Lockout Timing to happen after the timer actually expires? I've lost rewards to this a few times now. Used to be completable up to the wire before the quests update

please fix.

Coliseum rewards bugged
I only get the reward from the highest tier beaten. So if I get to 60% I only get the 60% reward and nothing lower than that. Its hampering my progress and considering I spent money to be competitive...
