Qui-Gon Jinn Omicron does not prevent "defeat" effects

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug In GAC battle, I used a Qui-Gon Jinn team with Omicron applied. This states that Jedi "can't be defeated while Qui-Gon Jinn is active". Opponent's team was Bossk lead Bounty Hunters including Zam Wessell with Omicron, and The Mandalorian. Mandalorian's granted Disintegrate ability states "this ability instantly defeats target enemy, which can't be evaded". Based on the two texts, I believe Disintegrate should not work while Qui-Gon Jinn is still active, but in my match The Mandalorian was able to Disintegrate my Jedi Knight Anakin while Gui-Gon Jinn was still alive. I state that this happens every time but because there is no actual way to test this in the game other than live GAC matches, I can't really be certain about that.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Test in GAC servers with the same teams? I used Qui-Gon Jinn lead with Omicron, Jedi Knight Anakin, Ki-Adi Mundi, Barriss Offee, General Kenobi. Enemy team was Bossk lead, Zam Wessell with Omicron, The Mandalorian, Greef Karga, Boba Fett

Thanks for the report. The omicron ability of Qui-Gon Jinn does not prevent instant defeat; this is intentional.

@EA_Gunner The bug is in the wording. It is worded as if it does. It should say allies cannot drop below 1 health while he is active if that is the intention.

@crzydroid I agree.

Functionally it is coded very similarly to JKR's savior ability, so ideally the descriptions should be more consistent to match.

How would you argue that "instantly defeat" is not a subcategory of "defeat"?

You can defeat a character by reducing health to zero, or instanly defeat it (destroy). When you use the word "defeat" you refer either to this case.

The whole idea of defeat and instant defeat are completely unrelated terms is misleading and counter intuitive.

@EA_Gunner As it was pointed out on the forums: The unending Loyalty DOES protect against the Chimaera ultimate. Can you put these two statements into on coherent logicaly system?

I guess SWGOH players should start reading the coding and not just kits, since CG doesn’t know how to properly word things or test how conflicting kits will interact.
