Quiggold Marquee event - finished tier 1, app crashed, no shards received

As I completed tier 1 of the event the app crashed. I restarted and the tier is completed, as well as related quests, but no shards awarded so I can’t unlock Quiggold and complete other tiers. I’ve ...

Like the passing of time, another day has waned. I enter day 3 of the Quiggold event with high hopes, but 75 shards of emptiness in my horse’s rear-view mirror. I can only hope that the great dragon CG_Meathead​ rouses from his slumber and uses his magic to restore my hopes, forever dashed.
