Quiggold Marquee event - finished tier 1, app crashed, no shards received

As I completed tier 1 of the event the app crashed. I restarted and the tier is completed, as well as related quests, but no shards awarded so I can’t unlock Quiggold and complete other tiers. I’ve ...

I have the same problem, Quiggold event crashed and I got no shards . Ally code 412-636-666.

I guess Noone wants to help us, really Star wars galaxy of heroes leaves much more to be desired. We can't even get an answer.  @CG_Meathead​
