Quiggold Marquee event - finished tier 1, app crashed, no shards received

As I completed tier 1 of the event the app crashed. I restarted and the tier is completed, as well as related quests, but no shards awarded so I can’t unlock Quiggold and complete other tiers. I’ve ...

So after 5 days of very slow back and forward with EA “Help”, I get told they can’t help at this time. No reason why, helping would not give me any unfair advantage,  just a no. Sorry for the repeat pingsCG_Meathead​  but this is a really bad way to treat a loyal player, and it looks like a few others affected from just this thread.
