R2 LSB Purchase Error

Hello, my ally code is: 822-212-857

I was attempting to purchase the R2 LSB on the PC Client when I chose the wrong payment option, so I then tried to back out and choose the right one but then it was stuck loading so I closed out of the purchase overlay and got an in-game message that said something along the lines of "I missed the purchase window for the bundle" or something like that. Now the bundle is no longer in my store. I was not charged nor received the bundle, but it is no longer in my web store or PC client store for me to still purchase it.
