R2D2 light speed bundle bug

I just purchased the r2d2 bundle on the pc client Nov 11th 2024 and it gave me crystals in stead of the characters. I have the EA receipt in my email. I don’t want crystals I would like a refund or the character I paid for please

also this isn’t the first time this has happened can we please get a fix for this
