I have purchased the R2D2 lightspeed bundle and received crystals instead. This is absolutely not acceptable, as i did not purchase crystals.
Please urgently provide me with the R2D2 lightspeed bundle, which I purchased.

This same exact issue happened with me on the BB8 lighspeed bundle. I got 1250 crystals instead. I also made a post regarding my issue. Hopefully both of us get what we paid for.
CG and EA - please provide my lightspeed bundle (which I paid for); otherwise I would have to escalate further.
Sorry to hear that. It's absolutely unacceptable, and the lack of accountability on their end is mindboggling.
