Raddus Lightspeed Bundle glitch

I purchased the Raddus Lightspeed Bundle in the webstore and received crystals and coaxium. The bundle clearly states specified characters would go to relic 5 as well as 7 star ships. How do I resolve this? If I wanted the crystals I would have bought the crystals. I want what I paid for not a substitute, that is fraud. In game help keeps going in a loop with no resolution.
