Raddus LSB missing, support doesn’t help

Bought Raddus 2 LSB almost 2 weeks ago and I keep getting the same brain dead response of its in my account already, how can I go about fixing this when the support can’t even do their job. Attachments show some missing ships, and support responses. Ally code 454-777-454
