Raid Lockout - Ineligible for rewards

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Ineligible for rewards even though start time is after weekly raid reset
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch raid while "ineligible for rewards" Set join period to start after "ineligible for rewards" timer -- when you are eligible for rewards again Auto join will post 0 damage on raids and you will be "ineligible"

I recently launched two new raids for my guild (heroic rancor and heroic aat) these had our usual 24hr "join period".

I had already completed the maximum raids for the week and had 2hrs until I was eligible for rewards - because of the "auto join" I am now locked out of rewards even though the raids will not even start until 18hrs+ after the weekly raid reset cap.

Steps

Launch raid while "ineligible for rewards"
Set join period to start after "ineligible for rewards" timer -- when you are eligible for rewards again

Auto join will post 0 damage on raids and you will be "ineligible"

Hi there,

We checked your account and you already exceeded the number of raids you could participate in last week.

We've confirmed with the game team that this is the intended functionality to prevent exploiting the raid rewards.

Hi thanks for your reply, I understand that.
However my issue is that I had 2hrs cool down before I would’ve been eligible.
I launched the raid with a 21hr join period with the intention of participating in the raid after cooldown.
As I was the officer to launch the raid I was automatically joined.
Had I waited the 2hrs before launching I would have been eligible as the raid would’ve been in this week.

I mean this is an old post but i have the same issue:
mobile
i can do trumvirate..
but yet i can't queue for rancor
its always locked when i select it.
i ve left and re joined my guild, same problem.
I need a bit of help ☹️

@Shougmarco The rules of the forum ask for users not to respond to older posts, with the main reason being that their replies may be missed as seems to be the case here.

Most of the team are done for the Christmas break, but I can see if I can help. What's your ally code (9 digits found on the bottom of your profile screen or the Allies tab) and your guild name? What is the exact message you get when you try to join the Rancor raid?

Also are you talking about the Normal Rancor or the new Challenge Tier Rancor that awards Relic 8 materials? If it's the latter, you need Relic 5 characters to enter, but the pop-up message only says 7* characters.

Additionally, if you leave a guild and rejoin, any in-process raids will be i accessible to you. You must be in a guild continuously before the raid launches to attack and get rewards.
