Raid reward not allocated correctly

Summarize your bug Hello guys For a Pit Rancor raid on 22.12 I received the message of reward rank 4 and in the reward there was a piece of precrafted gear Mk 6 Nubian Design Tech. Later checking my Veers (that piece fit to Veers) I find out that piece of gear was not distributed. I dont have it. I never get it. I started a support case and after long exchange of emails and pushing many screenshots, to prove there a bug, the resolution of Support Team was: "We can not check your screenshots with our logs, we can't do anything about it.". They will not investigate further, also suggested they maybe I have the screenshots from someone else. Sick!!! They sent me instead, what their logs says: Guild Redeemed reward for Guild Raid GUILD:RAIDS:NORMAL_DIFF:RANCOR:HEROIC80. [collapse] 970 Guild Currency. 540000 Credits. 7 Han Solo. 40 Mk 5 CEC Fusion Furnace Salvage. 16 Mk 3 Carbanti Sensor Array Salvage. 12/22/2017, 11:17:56am PST As you can see a different reward then I got in the reward message. This is really critical, who knows how many time I (we) got a different reward than the message one. I attached a sum of screenshots, some not related to the reward but significant events from that day, 22.12, in order to prove the case and to help searching in the logs. All the screenshots are untouched, no pixel or name changed. All made with Samsung Galaxy S6.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea. One comment on the Android version - now is 7.0 but I now there was update these days. So, it was previous version but up to date at that time.
