How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Twice when doing fights on a cellular network (ATT 5G) my game has frozen mid battle (restarted after the first time). The game becomes completely non-responsive with no error code appearing. When switching to another app and then back to the game (without closing), the app restarts. Haven't seen this on wifi
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be on mobile, enter a fight, move 100 yards or so while doing the fight

That sounds like a cellular connection issue since you don't see that happening on WiFi. Additionally, the message you are seeing after reinstalling the game is just informal.
