    HI @jessica_secura,

    That sounds like a cellular connection issue since you don't see that happening on WiFi. Additionally, the message you are seeing after reinstalling the game is just informal.

Similar issue here. I am on WiFi when this occurs. Mid attack the graphics will freeze and the game will become completely inoperable. The game will restart and the effects will be as though I forfeited the battle.

Using iPhone 11 Pro on iOS 15.0.2. I’ve noticed this occur several times the week of 18-Oct-2021, but I’ve had this occur multiple times on 22-Oct-2021 and three times between 1:00pm-1:30pm EDT this day.
