Razor Crest not showing in Fleet Arena Shipments

I don't know what the scheduled rotation is for Razor Crest shards in fleet arena shipments. However, the first 2 days, it appeared once per day, usually in the afternoon. It has been a solid 5 days ...

    It seems it is a rare occurance like Vader or Grievous. Attached is someone's screenshot of it showing up.

Same. I run two accounts and Razor Crest appears at a normal cadence in fleet arena shipments in one account but hasn't appeared at all in my other account (which, of course, is the account that I actually want to farm it).

I’ve only literally seen it show up once (the first day) and never again since (checking after the multiple daily refreshes).  I understand RNG, but after over a month, I’m way at the end of the bell curve or something is amiss.

    @theburrito3 You are at the end of the bell curve. I've seen it several times.
