Hi folks,
There was a recent update and sometimes, upgrading apps or your device's operating system can sign you out of your Game Center or Google Play account without telling you. If this happens, when you log into Galaxy of Heroes you may think that your account is missing or that your saved information has been lost.
If you've backed up your game beforehand, logging back into the Game Center/Google Play account that was linked to the SWGOH account should get you back into the game. The step to do that are outlined in this guide: 'Recover your STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes Account'. Could you take a look at the steps shared and give them a go if you haven't yet tried that?
If you still need help after giving that a go, please connect with the support team directly. I know some of you have mentioned you're already chatting with them, that's good! As frustrating as it might be, you'll need to stick with them for help on this one. If possible, please include the Player ID or Ally Code. They'll need this information to locate the account and help you.
