EA QV Teamwhere am I supposed to type in anything? in these screenshots is the entire sign in process. I don't get to type in anything I just get to choose which account I want to log in to. and If I click on add another account it takes me to my phones email log in so I can't type in googlemail.
any ideas to help?

is there really no one to help me? it's been over a month and not a single word from anyone? this is why EA is an awful company. the workers are cool but corporate EA can just dissolve.
any more help man? can you elevate my issue? it's been months. please I'm begging.
