Re: Bought conquest pass there was an timeout I was charged but I don’t have it.

I also had a very similar issue, and have opened an in-game help/support ticket. I'm not sure what kind of, if any, response I'll receive in-game, so decided to open a post here.

I purchased the $10 conquest pass. The stored timed out, but I received an email receipt confirming a $20 purchase? (There is no $20 conquest bundle...)

Got in-game mail about my purchase and that I appeared to have received all of the benefits of the $30 conquest pass -- EXCEPT for the premium reward track, which was the only reason why I purchased the $10 conquest pass.
