Hacker got into my account and banned

I also was banned for whatever reason. No explanation given, no email, but I don't think I was hacked. I don't play GAC that often and I looked back at all of my history and the fastest clear I got was 9 seconds with a SLKR AOE attack against gear 12 tuskens. These bans have to be a mistake. I only play on my phone and through the PC client. Never cheated. Unfortunately EA support isnt much help and appealing doesnt seem to make a difference.

If the account has benefited at all from cheating, the account will never be reclaimed, regardless of whether the cheating was carried out by the account owner or not. 

The problem with the “I got hacked” defence is that this is what everyone who cheats could claim, so CG won’t make exceptions. 

What your saying is...................Somebody repeatedly hacked into your account 'for months' and did your raid for you?  You could argue that a needle in a haystack chance, somebody in your guild got hold of your credentials and was doing it.  However, you've changed guild a few times, so.....

Why would somebody spend the time doing the raid for you?  What would they gain by hacking you and then spending time doing that?  I mean burglars tend not to break into peoples' houses to do their laundry. Why had you not realised the rewards you were getting (or if the hacker were using the rewards, your beefed up characters?  How had you not realised you were sharing an account with someone (that just enjoys raid) for months?  How were you getting/planning to get high relic characters for JMK without the raid currencies?  I mean you look in the shop, see how much you can get done with the currencies.........surely you're tempted to do the raid, right?  Don't you think a guild would be annoyed with you, if you were not doing the raid at all?

I'm perplexed and full of questions.

I don’t even know how to defend myself in this I even checked my GAC and some weird stuff was there too, like fives solo KRU 3v1 tho it was 3 attempts maybe im reading that wrong but yea

Realistically it's a loss cause, the account has been used for hacks by someone, the only person that uses my account is my little brother but now I guess I have to make a new account, only problem is my EA account is linked to it so idk what to do

Start a new EA account and make a new SWGOH account
