Thanks for the reply. I made a few screenshot yesterday which shows that the mystery box did not give anything :/ It can may be the problem that i used the same account on my phone and on my tablet? And it ''confused'' the data :D
Those screenshots show the amount of gear matches.
Pressing the gear whilst still in the mystery box screen shows your total pieces once those two pieces have been added.
Raid rewards messages show your total before the gears are added to the inventory.
Is this where the confusion is coming from?
That's correct as you write. On the second pictre i clicked on the item which shows how many i have and whih character needed. But on the third picture i clicked on the charecter and the items still not there
They are there, you got salvage, not a full pieces.
With these, there's a continue button, meaning those are already added, as was said. Also mentioned that in other game modes where there's a claim button, they won't be added until you claim, so clicking on the picture would show you whst you have before.
