I have now continued to try this for a further (roughly) 30 trys, not one debuf again.
With 50(odd)percent potency, even factoring in absolutely appalling rng odds, this cannot be right, surely?
Do I just wait to see if someone from swgoh see this or just deal that it's broke?
My potency is 55% and I'm able to land debuffs... ONLY after I've gained 10 stacks.
