Thank you for the report. I checked your information and did not find any issues so far. 

You did not get the points because the Grand Arena changes in November. We are working on updating the message and will remove the "points for winning" section in the future. 
Based on your achieved points you are relegated correctly as well. 
The inbox message you receive saying you did not participate in the event is a known issue and our team is investigating. But checking your account you got the rewards later on as planned.
