Just curious what level you have his "In Exile" ability at. I only ask because I don't see too many Bobas on Vader Palp teams in high end arena.

He is maxxed. For him to have 100% evasion he has to be maxxed.
- Can you share the full team compositions against which you are seeing this problem?
For example, Darth Sion's "Torment" skill can't be evaded, so is the primary way that enemy Sith squads pull Hermit Yoda out of stealth in my arena.

On this particukar one Hermit Yoda gets hit by Darth Vader's force crush, then he gets hit by Grandmoff Tarquins AOE. There is also emperor Palatine, a Tie fighter pilot I think, you know the usual. When I have edited the video to take out sound and shrunk the file size I will put it on here for you to look at .Thanks for your interest in this.
