Transaction is pending.

Earlier today around noon I purchased two lightspeed tokens for the gungans. I received one but not the other, instead I received crystals..

Now it say, transaction is pending 'wait 10 minutes or cancel purchase.' ( it's been like 5 hours) did the purchase on the web store, the transaction went through with my bank too. 

You guys have any thoughts or tips on this. Says I can cancel it, can I cancel it and re purchase it? Will that work?
