I've been trying to get a video, but of course a watched pot never boils. ☹️ I'll keep trying though!

I do have a couple of screenshots that I took earlier today of the case where assets don't show. It happened in two different tabs of shipments/stores section when I navigated from one tab to another.

I've attached the two screenshots (though I preferred to redact my resources, and I reduced the colors to make the file sizes smaller).

I hope those help, and I'll grab a video of the layering problem the next time that it happens in the LS/DS hard nodes.
