Year, it's weird, mostly because I have 2 accounts in the same guild, and the other received the rewards...and I am the only one without rewards!!!
I need a more clear explanation...

Exactly this, my guild only does Krayt raid and I was the only one in the guild, as for the help it is shocking, they said putnit here and someone will speak with you but nope just silence
Did you actually attack the Raid? You have to make at least 1 attempt to be eligible for rewards.
If you look at the screenshot I put up it says I exceeded the number of attempts? So yes I did attack, I attacked 3 times as that's the furthest I can get for rewards, they have acknowledged that it is a bug again you can read that above, but are now saying it is fixed yet no rewards handed out, which is a * take
To be fair, no one in the know has acknowledged it as a bug. You posted a chat from EA Help, which is notoriously disconnected from this game.
It's possible you hit the raid four times. If one raid was ending right after the week cutoff, and you hit right at the end, and a fourth raid was beginning right before the cutoff and you hit that one right away, then maybe you triggered the code for too many raids.
At any case, I would wait until someone from this site had the chance to come in and look at it. They'd have a better ability to investigate whether it's a bug. But they won't respond on the weekend.
If that was the case surely at least 1 other person in the guild would have encountered the same issue?? And if the help is so off why have it in the first place haha no offence but its boll*cks that you miss rewards for playing the damn game anyway????
