Re: Mod Secondaries not increasing

The first round of mod changes are upon us. This is working as intended because mods now reveal all the secondary stats before any are upgraded.
In the case of a blue mod, it gains a new secondary stat at levels 3 and 6, then it upgrades a random stat from the four at levels 9 and 12.
For green mods it reveals a new secondary stat at levels 3, 6, and 9, with one of the stats increasing at level 12.
RNG dictates which stats level up, and it is possible that starting stats on a mod do not change between levels 1-15.
It's good in one way, as you quickly know whether a mod is going to be worth further investment, but it means that a green mod with a speed stat is no longer guaranteed to increase it.
