I have gone through help through the help team through the game app and have been unsuccessful.
I have followed all that has been asked of me and still have issues connecting to the game. It takes up to 5 mins to connect to the game and more waiting when it actually loads.

Hmmmm there shouldn't be this issue connecting after fully running through the troubleshooting steps I shared. What that leaves us with is a potential storage issue. Try to clear up some storage space on the device, ensure background apps are closed and try again.
If that doesn't work, test it from another device.

I have 10gb of storage free on my phone, and there is a similar issue on another device

At this stage, there isn't anything more we can recommend you try as you've run through the web app guide and exhausted the troubleshooting steps.
