@rhysist88 Refunds are only handled through Customer Support via in-game tickets.

You can disable most pop-ups by navigating to Settings > Legal > EA In-Game Targeted Advertising > Turn Off Targeted Advertising

    I’ve now turned it off so hopefully it won’t happen again. 

    sadly the customer service wasn’t helpful
