Hi @Han_Gerbil and sorry to hear that.

If you don't see the Victory screen with the final result, no damage will be counted towards the raid. This is working as intended. In your case, according to the video, you got the connection error message which appeared after you turned WiFi off (that is also intended). Usually, it is a well-known workaround to re-establish the connection to the server which appears to not have worked in your case, since you still did not get the Victory screen. Once you've restarted the game, all raid progress is gone.

We've had a look at our logs and can see some connection time-outs. Please make sure that your internet is strong and stable when doing raids and other important battles do prevent this to happen.

    I've checked my network, and everything appears fine. However, the problem is not isolated to my home, as it has happened in public and at my work.... yes, I know, gaming at work is not ideal. LOL
