"Advantage for two turns" means until they attack within those two twos. Advantage is always consumed as soon as you damage your opponent with an attack, in all areas of the game. Same as foresight for two turns (read as - until you dodge an attack within two turns).

As an example, Jedi consular ship has advantage from Ackbar. Uses a healing ability first turn, still has advantage for the second turn. If it had attacked on the first turn, it would be a guaranteed crit and advantage would be used up.
