I have the exact same issue on my new alt account - ally code 269-416-753. I can't activate any new ships (for which I have the shards) as it tells me "Ships must have their crew activated first", yet the crew member has already been activated. Can you please help?

I’m having same issue. Says activate crew.  Meanwhile they are all already active, it’s so frustrating name is Pyper ally code is 935-596-769
