Hey there, @Tellmedark. Thanks for the information and for the screenshot.

You may have already tried some of these steps, but I'd like to double-check that it isn't one of these issues. You may re-try the game after any of these steps.

Force-close the app:

1. Open the Settings App
2. Scroll down and tap on Application Manager
3. Scroll down in the 'Downloaded' list and tap the name of the app
4. Tap 'Force Stop' to fully close the app
5. Try re-loading the app

Power-cycle your device:

1. Turn off your device
2. Wait 30 seconds
3. Turn the device back on
4. Try re-loading the app

Clear the game cache:

1. Go to the Settings menu
2. Find Apps in the menu
3. Locate the game
4. Tap on Storage
5. Click Clear Cache

Please let us know how that goes.

Just tried all three in sequence as independent solutions and it did not work. Same issue.

Have followed below steps and am still unable to log in - very frustrating when my internet isn't to blame and neither is the cache.

Any help as it's currently a TW and i'm unable to help my guild out!

That happens to me sometimes too. I typically just force close, clear cache, restart iPhone and then it works. A long time ago I had to delete/ reinstall the app and it worked.

Currently however experiencing issues with game crashing. I’m on iOS. Apple iPhone 6. Update version 12.3. Made a topic about it but have yet to receive a response back. Would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
