Re: Swapped to new phone can't recover account

my old account on my old phone is my normal account which i dont know the age off I selected but when making new account on new phone i selected 1yr old which is causing the issue of not letting me link accounts i am pretty sure. As i cant see google play or facebook to link accounts

Hi @sumaussiecobber,

You won't be able to merge 2 SWGOH accounts together. It would be one or the other as in the older one or the newer one. You can transfer the older account from the older device to a new one if you like to continue with that account?

If not, and you're using the same operating system as before, logging into your google play account or your game center should load up your old account if you backed the saves up before transferring. There are steps in the link above that will outline how to link your account.
