Hello,. following on from a thread in bug reports I'm seeking aide in getting a refund for an accidental series of purchases in Shipments today.
I tried to log a support ticket and the bot won't respond in game. Through EA help I was told to contact someone in big reports about a refund, but bug reports says I should ask for the refund request through Help or not big reports.
Trying here in technical issues.
With the changes in game play I spent about 1740 crystals today and I would very much like to have them refunded. It's unfortunate I didn't see the changes but I would really appreciate it along with other players that we get a refund.
I have seen guild members that have had refunds already and also seem examples via Discord.
Can someone please help? That many crystals represents a lot of time and investment. Help would be greatly appreciated!
