Re: Unintended Shipment Purchases

Today I logged into game. And after like 2 years daily rutine (buy first 4 items in shop) without hesitating. I bought 1 item and spend(lost) 1200 diamonds cause the shop is mixed.

Is there anything to do about it.

I guess i wont see my diamonds back.

But make the shop back as it was for last 2 years would be nice....

  • Store item locations/placement were changed today - have accidentally purchased shards of characters which i already have at 7 stars because of muscle memory. This is totally unfair that you swap crystal items to a location that was static for 5-6 years and long-term players are going to accidentally spend crystals because of your sneaky tactics.

    Agreed - the store has been the same layout for at least the four years I’ve been playing and we all just purchase those 4 cheap items at the top by muscle memory. I just purchased 1400 crystals worth of shards of characters I already have at 7 shards without realizing the store layout had changed.

    is there a way we can request a refund for this - that’s a lot of crystals I just innocently lost and I’m seeing lots of stories of other people unknowingly doing the same thing.

  • I had the same problem and it is just a trap for the old players. They have to give our waste back. I didn’t mean to spend my crystals to that meanless piece

  • @chicheq1 AhnaldT made video about it already.. today I woke up and almost did the same mistake :D hopefully they will fix it soon

    Hello,. following on from a thread in bug reports I'm seeking aide in getting a refund for an accidental series of purchases in Shipments today.

    I tried to log a support ticket and the bot won't respond in game. Through EA help I was told to contact someone in big reports about a refund, but bug reports says I should ask for the refund request through Help or not big reports.

    Trying here in technical issues.

    With the changes in game play I spent about 1740 crystals today and I would very much like to have them refunded. It's unfortunate I didn't see the changes but I would really appreciate it along with other players that we get a refund.

    I have seen guild members that have had refunds already and also seem examples via Discord.

    Can someone please help?  That many crystals represents a lot of time and investment.  Help would be greatly appreciated!

    I experienced the same issue (twice unfortunately) for a total of 5 purchases for thousands of crystals, and would like a refund of all crystals spent. The shards purchased were characters i have maxed, so there was no reason i would have bought them.  Please let me know what i need to do.

  • The new store moved items around. Previously the cheap credit items were at the top specifically to make the game easier to navigate and play. Now they moved again without warning? Muscle memory I accidentally bought shards for a character already at 7*. What a waste! Can I get a refund on this? 

  • I find it quite annoying and just a plain money grab again by EA to put crystals at top of shipments. Just wasted 1,280 crystals accidently buying shards for characters that are already not needed becauae of you.  I would submit a ticket directly to you but you make it virtually impossible for customers to leave feedback.

    Made shop purchases on both accts with crystals i didnt want to spend. Changes were made in the shop that were unannounced so like a lot of people i blindly clicked purchase for items that have regularly been bought with credits

    Unfortunately, my in game help droid seems to not be working. I tried to get help at the start via the settings in game.

    The support droid just keeps asking for more information and I can't close it to reset it. Can you help do that or is that a bug report?

    Store items changed position and I accidentally got shards instead of gear. I purchased accidentally 16 shards for 640 crystals didn't take any screenshot so you should look to my crystals spend history.

    Summarize your bug With the recent update that moved around shipment items I accidentaly spent crystals for toon shards that I didn't even need because of muscle memory kicking in before I was able to realize it and stop myself. As you can see from my screenshot I did purchase a total of 40 shards (Talzin, B1) from the first two toons for an estimated cost of 1600 crystals. Since it has already been acknowledged as a type of bug by the developers I would like to ask for a refund of those crystals.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All shipment items sold for credits have been moved to 3rd row instead of 1st and 2nd

  • I accidentally spent crystals because of this change.

    Could you please refund it since it was said that those who were clicking from routine accidentally can get back their crystals. I bought a pack of 32 and 10 shards.
