Received Crystals Instead of Appo Pack from Webstore Purchase

Hi, I just purchased the Appo Pack from the webstore, but instead of receiving the pack contents, I was given 4,324 crystals. I would like to receive the actual contents of the Appo Pack, as advertised. My details are:
