Received Crystals Instead of LSB

Hi! I received crystals when purchasing the Darth Malgus LSB from the webstore. Could you please fix this and, if possible, the Kessel Run points  for me?  Thank you!

    I’ve been keeping an eye on this thread, and while I haven’t been able to reply to every post individually, please know I’ve been flagging both the bundle problems and the difficulties with support internally, so the team understands what this experience has been like for you.

    I know some people are hoping I can resolve this for you. If that were possible, I’d do it in a heartbeat, but I don’t have the tools to access accounts or grant content. What I can do is point you toward the team that can: our support team.  From listening to your experiences, I know it's been frustrating for many of you trying to get this sorted through support, but please stick with them. They can look into this and grant missing content.

    Many of you will have already gotten through to them, but for anyone struggling to reach our support team, try sending in a help ticket from in-game, and including proof of purchase. If you run into issues starting a support case, let me know what steps you've taken and include a screenshot if you can. I'll try to suggest options to help you get your ticket sent in.

    Okay, thanks for clearing that up. There are two options to connect with the support team in-game. I'm hoping the first option works, as it's quick and straightforward. 

    Try to open an in-game ticket from your Android device. Instead of selecting the options asking for PoP (I'm assuming that's 'missing content' related), switch it up and choose a different option. Try the option to recover a lost account. This is purely to complete the in-game ticket so you can get one sent in and a conversation started. Once it's submitted the ticket for you, you can update the chat to add context around your situation. The support team can read what you share and update the ticket to match the issue you're experiencing from there. 

    The alternative route is to download the EA app > Download SWGOH on the EA app > Log into SWGOH > Generate an in-game ticket from SWGOH via the EA app. This should deal with the Bot assistant asking for PoP from the Play Store. However, it'd take longer to do.
