Refund for item purchased by bug

Hi!

Earlier I bought Bastila Shan (Fallen) Booster Bundle twice by mistake and requested a refund through EA help. Minutes later I attempted to buy a Kyber LST for £14.99, and the game showed an error message before charging me £49.99 for the shards in the attached screenshot. I have no idea what pack this was but I definitely didn't want it! I added this to my ticket, and EA help responded and told me "all purchases are final." I'd maybe understand with the Bastila thing as I was a bit trigger happy and this was maybe my mistake, but the £49.99 is absolutely not acceptable for me. I don't want to request a refund through Google play and get my account banned, so I'm really not sure what to do as this was definitely not my fault. Hope this is the right place to ask, and grateful for any help.
