Rename guild problem

Hi,
I’m guild leader of the UA ONE FORCE, my ally code is *
I have an issue with renaming my guild in SWGOH.
I’ve tried to contact EA support using menu in SWGOH game itself. Good thing about the support is that they at least answered my request, but that is all. They showed themselves as absolutely incompetent and useless, they kept advising me how to change my user name, telling that they can’t change the guild name, sending me links on how to change the guild name in World of Warcraft, even though I’ve asked and mentioned multiple times that I need to change the guild name. It is frustrating that I’m as a guild leader can’t change the name of my guild on my own, using in game methods and are leading to mumbo-jumbo with the support.
Can someone advise if there is any way that I can contact live support either via chat or phone and change the name of the guild based on what our guild members decided? Or maybe there is some option already in game itself that provides an opportunity to change the guild name in SWGOH?
