Rename Guild

I've been trying to get in contact with Support for the past couple days and you guys keep sending me from one person to another and I still can´t take care of my issue. I need to rename my guild from Great Skellig 3 to Hienas de Tatooine. Whenever I try to follow the steps to create a ticket from the in-game menu, I´m sent to a non real-time chat with EA Help, for which I have to wait up to 24 hrs at a time for a simple replay and for such an easy request, just so they send me to step 1 every time. I´m tired of the same over and over and over again. I can´t believe there´s not an option to change the name of my own guild at this point in the game. Also, there is no way to leave that EA Help chat, whenever I hit the Help button it takes me back to that conversation window.

    Hello! I´m reaching out to Answers because, honestly, I don´t know what else to do. I´ve been trying to get in contact with someone that can give me a solution for the past 2 days and there is no way. You guys keep sending me from one person to another, and no one solves my issue. My guild was part of an alliance and we´re not longer in it, so I need to rename my guild.

    Everyone I've talked to sends me to make an in-game ticket from the Help button, I do that, and it immediatly takes me to chat that is not in real time, for which I've waited more than 24 hrs just so that person would send me to square one, and tell me the same the other representatives have told me. Once I'm in that window (white and purple), if I go back in the game, and try to hit the Help button again, it takes me again to that chat window and there's no way to start again. The last person that replied, told me I needed to make an in game ticket (which I cannot do now because I´m stuck in that white and purple chat), and provide the test Account Verification [170702098]

    It´s not that hard of a request, and I´m quite frustrated with EA and its ridiculous Support system at this point. Please help!

    @EA_Gunner The times I talked to people on said EA HELP chat window, they didn´t give me a case number, but one of them mentioned Account Verification [170702098] when submitting a new one.

    The one I talked to through Email was 170699652
