Renewal quest bugged

My renewal quest was stuck at "claim monthly reward" mission, and I was unable to do it because such reward doesn't exist, and because of that I lost possible rewards after this mission because renewal event has finished for me. Is there any way to receive renewal rewards I lost because of this error?

it's under investigation currently, no fixes out yet. most people's lsts will be gone by then, but hopefully the devs reimburse

Can I finally have any answer? Yes, no, screw you because we can do it, say that it's my technical issue? How long should I wait until someone can finally clarify this situation?
