Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use rey + hero poe -> use rey sudden wirlwind (when there're multiple enemies) where rey is inspired.

When Inspired allies deal damage to an enemy with an ability, they also deal bonus damage equal to 10% of the target's Max Health, which can't be evaded.
Previously when inspired ally was using aoe damage was added for each damaged enemy (to target), now it's added only once
