Resistance Light Speed Bundle: Bug

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I attempted to purchase the Resistance LS bundle but realized I hadn’t had a Credit card attached to my account. I had to cancel the transaction until I got off work, then went back to purchase and now it says that “Someone has already purchased the gift for you. Please check your inbox” I’ve tried to delete the game, redownload, restore purchases and airplane to fix but none of it has worked. I’ve asked my guild mates and non of them have purchased for me as well.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In game mobile store. I see other accounts are having this issue

  • I tried to buy the starkiller bundle but Tapped back to See if its the Right one. After that i got a Massage that my purchase is sent to me when i update my payment informations to pay the Money so i got to my i cloud account but nothing was Charged there. When I tried to buy it again it just Said that somebody bought it already and that I Should Check my Inbox but Nobody bought It and nothing is in my Inbox. Also the pack is gone. Dies anyone has a Solution to this?

  • @EA_Gunner I have the Same Problem when do you think it will get fixed because i don‘t want to loose 60€ u know
  • Similar issue happened to me with the resistance LSB and same thing. Update payment info but now the bundle disappeared on me. It will re appear after some time. Sadly though each time I try to buy it I get another BS error message about payment info needing to be confirmed. As if I hadn’t made a successful purchase moments earlier with the raddus bundle. 

  • I am having the exact same issue. Very frustrating. A few times it’s given me the option to reject any previous payments and reset the purchase. Even when I have agreed to that, the minute I try to purchase it again it says that someone else has already purchased it for me.
