Returning Player

Hello, I know this is a shot in the dark
I was banned from Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes several years ago. At the time, I mistakenly filed my appeal through the wrong channel (the EA forums “contact us” button that pops up in the game). I never got a reponse. I tried talking with my guild discord group and I reached out to a community manager and never heard back.  Recently I checked again, but my EA account shows no history of bans or suspensions at all, so it seems the block is only tied to my SWGOH game profile.
I would like to request a review of my account. I understand the policies regarding old bans so I know this may go unanswered, but since my account doesn’t appear under EA’s ban history, I thought I'd try one last time.
If possible to look at my ally code is 428414876. I gave up after not hearing anything but i've missed playing the game a lot and always want to go back but my account was 7years of work so it was hard to stomach trying again. I have some friends who rejoined playing again so I want to as well. 
If a Community Manager or EA/CG staff member would look at this I'd be overjoyed or tell me of any additional steps to request a formal case review? Ultimately I know this may not be looked at or you can just say no. Just my last ditch effort.
