Rey Bundle.. Or not!

Paid for a Rey bundle, everything went through... got ingame, no bundle, but a message to say i can claim. Claimed it. 5085 crystals.

Not only have you not given me the value of the bu due in crystals you've given me fricking crystals! No amount of crystals makes up for r6 characters... come on!

also just had an issue with this and contacted support. same pack same issue and same amount of crystals received.
