Rey' health steal

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Galactic legend Rey stats has 0% health steal. This makes her basic attack useless as the 50% or 100% of 0 is 0 so basically she never steal health. I checked in game and my R6 Rey is not recovering any health from basic attacks even when below 50%
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just check her stats

@BenHurxxx Can you try and grab a video of this happening?

The health steal on her basic is additive, not multiplicative of her health steal in stats. She gains health steal equal to half the damage dealt with her basic attack, double when under half health.

@BenHurxxx I'm getting health steal working correctly on mine most of the time, but there's a separate issue where she will not hit twice when her basic is maxed out.
