Rey LSB not received
I bought the Rey light speed bundle from the store in the PC app, but there was an issue and I did not receive the characters. i received 3400 crystals in my inbox instead, and now the lsb is missing so I cannot rebuy it.
Is there any way to get the characters or a refund? My Ally code is 393-188-423
