Ripped off over and over it’s disgraceful

I’ve been purchasing packs in game and in webstore and 95% don’t come through. I’ve attempted via ea and apple but get told it’s not an issue and to report it. Just keep getting the run around until I give up. Now I’ve lost hundreds of millions of credits and ship materials overnight and only realised when trying to upgrade materials. Help this is absolutely appalling. I’ve been playing for 10 years and it doesn’t get better.
