Rogue 1 Lightspeed Bundle 2

I have tried to purchase the above LSB through the PC client on 21st March, but the app crashed and the option to purchase has disappeared. I have not been charged, and no email confirmation came through. I purchased other bundles just fine. 

The bundle had reappeared this morning in the PC client and I tried to purchase again, but it said the purchase was pending and that I couldn't purchase again. The option to purchase has now disappeared, but I would like to get this before it expires in the next two days. 

My ally code is 593-111-241

    Looks like the purchase is now stuck. This is related to a known issue on our server side. We added your account details to the report.

  • Same happened to my, EA Help cant do anything about it.

    They told me to wait until the Bundle appears again, but this Bundle will dissappear soon...

  • Was there an option to cancel the pending purchase? If so, you need to cancel it. Otherwise, the bundle will always disappear.

    At my purchase were no options, the Webstore just crashed. In my EA Help profile are 2 failed transactions listed, but there are no cancel options too

    My account or from the person who started the Discussion? I just commented because I have the exact same Issue which also hasnt been fixed, I dont want the person who started this discussion to be left out ;)

    I have managed to resolve the issue. I kept closing and re-opening the PC client until the bundle reappeared, then was able to see the option to cancel the pending purchase. 

    To be safe I closed the client again, and when I opened I was able to complete the purchase successfully.
